We will only allow return/exchange of the product, if the product shipped to you falls under aby of the below category:
Damaged product Received – If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please contact our Customer Care via email (info@ayurvivek.com) within 72 hours of the product delivery with supporting Images and videos clearly highlighting the damage of the product, along with the order ID and invoice details, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
Product received is different from ordered one – If you receive a wrong product, please contact our Customer Care via email (info@ayurvivek.com) within 72 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, clearly highlighting the product which you have received, along with the order ID and invoice details, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
Size mismatch – If you receive a wrong size product, please contact our Customer Care via email (info@ayurvivek.com) within 72 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, clearly highlighting the product size which you have received, along with the order ID and invoice details, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. If your return request is approved by us, we will arrange a reverse pick up to your address. We will refund your amount in form of a promo code (for same amount). You can use this code in your next purchase.
Ayurvivek is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Ayurvivek.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount
Regarding the refund for the returned product, once the return request has been approved the refund will be processed to the source account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take another 7-10 business days for the money to reflect in your bank account.
