Established in 1986-87 by our founder Sri Mangalpady Namadeva Shenoy, Vivek Traders is a based at Mangalore and is the only distributor of Karnataka to represent over 200 Ayurvedic drug manufacturers under one roof. The companies we represent include reputed manufacturers like Alarsin, Charak, Emami, Piramal Healthcare, Himalaya, Dabur.
Our sales territory covers entire coastal Karnataka, Malnad, Chikmagalur and Kodagu districts as well as northern Kerala.

At Vivek Traders, we deeply believe in traditional wisdom which has evolved over the millennia and contains the essence of mankind’s collective knowledge. Ayurveda is universally acknowledged as the world’s oldest science of medicine. Traditional remedies are based on truth as it was understood by our forefathers and they have withstood the test of time. Deeper research is required to understand the rationale and basic concepts governing these remedies so that the knowledge is not lost forever.
Ayurveda is not merely alternative medicine, it also an alternative way of life – one which is healthier and more attuned to Nature. Reviving and popularizing Ayurveda will open the doors to a healthier future for humanity. In fact, the development of many modern chemically derived drugs are based on the herb extracts discovered by Ayurveda.
Since inception Vivek Traders has been constantly engaged in activities to revive Ayurveda and restore it to its rightful place, thereby benefiting suffering humanity. We have published many handbooks on Ayurveda, conducted free medical camps and our founder also writes a weekly newspaper column on the subject to enlighten the general public about Ayurveda.
