At Ayurvivek, we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. Please note that we do not offer refunds by default, but we allow product exchanges or refunds under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. Damaged Product Received
If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care at info@ayurvivek.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images or video evidence showing the damage, along with your Order ID and Invoice for our team to assess.
- The item must be returned to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Only after receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, please email info@ayurvivek.com with relevant images or video proof along with the Order ID and Invoice.
- The item must be returned to us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Once the return is received and validated, we will issue a refund or dispatch the correct item.
- Ensure the product is unopened and not used.
3. Size Mismatch
In case you receive a product with a size mismatch, please contact our support team at info@ayurvivek.com with images or video proof showing the received product and size, along with the Order ID and Invoice.
- The product must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Upon verifying the return condition, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement.
- Returned product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Important Notes
- Returns and exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
- The return shipping will be arranged by Ayurvivek once the return is approved.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours of receiving the returned product. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and sealed. Products that appear to be used, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
